Problem: Spotless faced a slippery challenge. Struggling to create content that resonated with their audience and local communities; Spotless needed to transform their four car wash brands’ (Flagship, Ultimate Shine, Cobblestone, and Okie) social platforms from ‘passerby’ posts into ‘pump the brakes' user engagement.

Solution: We rolled up our sleeves and got to work with brand-specific visuals and compelling copy that brought each car wash’s personality to life. The result? Dynamic, community-focused content that didn’t just showcase services but left both Spotless and their audience glowing with excitement!

One-Off Wonders

To spark some fun with Spotless’ organic social we created one-off posts to get in on anything and everything to grab our audience’s attention. From doggie delights, sultry love poems, and shaking up wedding season, we put entertainment in the driver’s seat of the car wash experience.

Adventure of the Week

We kicked off the summer road-trip season with a map featuring our favorite getaways, events, landmarks, and more. To highlight the areas around our business locations, we encouraged users you explore local and seasonal attractions, while emphasizing the importance of keeping your car clean with regular visits to the wash — an essential ritual before, during, or after any roadside adventures.

Joy Rides

Using the power of imagination, we decided to enhance the car wash experience with some audio activations to push the fun factor to the max. With playlists tailored to seasonal or cultural events, we made speakers pump sounds that were sure to make any ride through the tunnel top-notch.

Auto Answers

With Auto Answers we made a way to chat directly with our audience. Using seasonal and timely questions will keep things fresh, we shared the best answers to connect with everyone and gained insights to create better offers and improve service to give our guests not only what they need, but what they really want.

Wash Wisdom with Dr. Pearl

Introducing "Dr. Pearl," our savvy Automotive Utility and Technical Operations (A.U.T.O.) expert, who is here to tackle all your car-related challenges with a blend of expertise, reassurance, and a dash of sass. Dr. Pearl guides our audience through an array of automotive dilemmas offering spot-on solutions to keep their vehicles in tip-top shape.

365 Reasons Why…

From the mundane to the absurd, we’re finding all the ways your car can get dirty as a weekly reminder to come in and get it cleaned. We’re driving home the idea that, no matter what the dirty reason, Spotless Brands car washes can clean you right up and send you on your merry way. 

Real Reasons for Washing

There’s always a reason other than “my car is dirty” for going to the car wash. So, we made our posts a multiple choice as to why we’re driving through the tunnel, and used human truths and experiences to uncover why you need to show up and out at your next destination looking brand spanking new.

The Dirty Derby

To get in on the March “Mudness” we created a social bracket tournament for our users to vote on who has the dirtiest car in the all the land. Users voted every day on a new match up until one lucky winner was crowned. Along with the grimy glory our champion scored some perks, free washes, and more to help make the odious honor worth the dirt.
